Paintings using Acrylic and oil paint for outlines and different shades of furniture Varnish for background or amorphic shapes painted on Chromo paper that does not absorb the paint. this technique allowed a zen like painting process where the movement of the brush was recorded in the end result.

These paintings are reflecting a fragmented reality view focusing on elements of the "big picture" somewhat like the details section in art books where they show a detail of a painting. the painting's frame is carved by the outline of the painted object there is no background view just the object which is the painting an alure to the Trompe-l'œil tradition in the history of realistic painting.

2014

In the opening event of "Hamekarer" TLV, the artist burned his first painting, which he had exhibited in his last solo exhibition in Ramat Gan Museum. The intense effect of the reviving force of fire, with its destructive one operating on a painting at the same time, fascinated the artist and led to more paintings being burned. Some were made to burn, some weren't but burned anyway.
